Cancellation and refund policy — version 2026-10-20

1. How you pay and how credits arrive

TalkSlate is a studio for short AI films where people talk to each other. You buy credits inside the studio, on the Credits page. Pay securely through Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking or wallets, as your bank allows. Once your payment is confirmed, the matching credits are added to your account straight away. If you pay through a payment link we sent you instead, we add the credits within [CREDIT DELIVERY TIME] of the payment reaching us.

2. Cancelling

There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel after a purchase. If you change your mind about a purchase, ask for a refund of the credits you have not used, as below.

3. Refunds

• Credits you have not used are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Ask us at [SUPPORT CONTACT] and tell us which payment it was.
• Credits already spent on steps you approved are not refundable, even if you do not like the result.
• A picture, video clip or narration line that failed on our side is not charged, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• We send a refund back to the payment method you paid with, within 5–7 working days of approving it.
