Pilot prices

TalkSlate sells credits in three packs. You buy a pack inside the studio, on the Credits page. Pay securely through Razorpay — cards, UPI, netbanking or wallets, as your bank allows. If you would rather pay through a payment link, ask us and we will send you one. There is no subscription, and credits from a pack never expire.

• Taster: ₹399 for 350 credits, which never expire.
• Creator: ₹1,599 for 1,500 credits, which never expire.
• Studio: ₹3,999 for 4,000 credits, which never expire.

Free credits

Every new account gets 300 free credits. While we launch, an account without a pack is topped up to 300 credits at the start of each month. Unused free credits do not carry over.

Free credits are a promotional offer. We may change or end it, and we will email you before we do.

Until you buy a pack, your films use Economy and carry a "Made with TalkSlate" watermark. Buying a pack removes the watermark from the films you make after that and from films you have not yet published. Films you have already published keep theirs.

What a film uses

A typical 30-second film uses about 250 credits on Economy and about 580 on Standard. That covers the pictures of your cast and set, a short look test and the video itself. The writing steps are charged for what they use, usually a few credits more, and a retake of the video costs its price again.

Credits

Each payment adds credits to your account as soon as it is confirmed. Inside the studio, most paid steps show their price in credits before you start them, and the larger ones ask you to confirm that price before anything is spent. A message to the ideas assistant is charged for what it uses.

Refunds
