Delivery policy — version 2026-10-12

TalkSlate is an online service. Nothing is shipped to you, and there is no physical product.

• Credits: once your payment reaches us, we add the credits to your account within [CREDIT DELIVERY TIME]. Your balance in the studio shows them.
• Films: every film you make is delivered inside the studio, where you can watch and download it.

If your credits have not arrived in that time, write to [SUPPORT CONTACT].
